1. Who you are buying from

This store is operated by PT RESONANCE BRAND INTERNATIONAL ("RESONANCE", "we", "us"), a company registered in Indonesia, NIB 2303230023305, NPWP 40.176.125.9-905.000, registered address Jalan Made Bulet No. 16, Dalung, Kuta Utara, Badung Regency, Bali 80361, Indonesia, email resonancewear@gmail.com.

By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

2. The pieces

We make clothing by hand in Bali in small runs. Colour and texture can differ slightly between pieces and from what you see on screen, because screens differ and because handmade goods differ. That is not a defect.

Stock shown on the store is the stock we hold. If an item sells out between your order and our packing, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown and charged in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). If your browser shows an approximate figure in another currency, that figure is for guidance only. Your card is charged in IDR, and your bank converts it at their rate, which may include their own fee. We do not control that rate and do not receive any part of that fee.

Prices include Indonesian taxes where they apply. They do not include import duties or taxes in your country - see clause 6.

We can change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

4. Your order

Adding an item to your bag is not a purchase. A contract exists only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was clearly wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never see your full card number. We ship only after payment has cleared.

6. Delivery, duties and import taxes

We ship worldwide from Bali. Times, costs and zones are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are yours to pay. They are not included in the price or the shipping cost, and they are set by your government, not by us. Carriers usually collect them before delivery. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, we treat it as a return under clause 7 and the outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

Risk passes to you when the carrier hands the parcel over at the delivery address.

7. Returns and exchanges

Our Refund Policy sets out how returns and exchanges work and forms part of these terms.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Nothing in these terms limits that right.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this store - photographs, text, designs, the RESONANCE name and marks - belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this store, and do not use it to place fraudulent orders or to resell our pieces as your own brand.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for delivering what you bought, in the condition described. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, nor for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed occasions.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability is limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your own country.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes go to the courts of Indonesia. If you are a consumer in the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
