Refund policy

The short version

You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to ask for a return or an exchange. Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping is yours to pay, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

How to start a return

Write to resonancewear@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We reply with the return address and instructions within one working day. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us - unannounced parcels can be lost in customs.

Exchanges

We exchange for another size or colour of the same piece, subject to stock. You pay to send the item back, we pay to send the replacement out. One exchange per order.

Refunds

Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund within 10 working days to the original payment method. The refund covers the price of the item. Outbound shipping is refunded only when the whole order is cancelled under your statutory right of withdrawal, or when the piece was faulty.

Your bank converts the refund back to your currency at their rate on the day. That rate is usually not the rate you paid at, so the amount you see may differ slightly from the amount charged. We refund the exact rupiah amount you paid.

What we cannot take back

• Swimwear and underwear, once the hygiene seal is removed. This is a hygiene rule, not a preference.
• Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered, or that smell of perfume or smoke.
• Made-to-order and customised pieces.
• Anything sent back after 14 days without agreeing it with us first.

Faulty pieces

If something arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, tell us within 14 days with photographs. We pay the return shipping and either replace the piece or refund it in full, including the original shipping.

Handmade pieces vary slightly in colour, texture and finish. Small differences between two pieces, or between a piece and its photograph, are a property of hand production and not a fault.

Consumers in the EU

If you live in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and return the pieces within a further 14 days. We refund the item price and the standard outbound shipping. Return shipping is yours to pay. The hygiene exception for swimwear and underwear still applies.

Sale pieces

Discounted pieces can be exchanged or returned on the same terms as everything else. We do not sell final-sale items.
